Internal Sales Technical Building Services (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of interior construction and individual living solutions. From consultation through planning to implementation, the company supports demanding projects for private and business customers. Quality, expertise and a customer-oriented approach are central to this.
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for internal sales at a technical specialist retailer for sales and order processing. You will support customers by telephone, in writing and on site.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and record orders in the system upon acceptance
Receive enquiries and orders from all channels
Examine complaints and bring them to a conclusion
Present products on site and explain them in German or English
Assess product suitability and feasibility professionally
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in HVAC with commercial further training
Very good German and English skills
Confident use of common PC programmes
Structured working method with clear prioritisation
Well-groomed appearance and correct manners in customer contact
