Your Tasks

• Preparation and quartering of calves
• Processing orders
• Butchering according to customer specifications
• Allocation of slaughter animals/selection of calves
• Coordination and allocation of staff during quartering
• Inventory management of cattle and calves in close coordination with sales and the division management of the cutting department
• Continuous monitoring of quartering

Your Profile

• Completed training as a butcher EFZ or equivalent
• Expert knowledge in the cutting department
• Experience in staff management
• Reliable and flexible personality with organisational talent
• Precise and structured way of working
• High quality awareness
• Willingness to work early shifts from approx. 2:00 am
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (a must)
• Above-average resilience and high sense of responsibility
