Your Tasks

• Managing the main telephone number and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
• Administrative support for the branches
• Processing goods receipts, goods exchanges, and invoice control
• Conducting stock checks, system corrections, and active participation in inventories
• Maintaining and updating customer data
• Coordination with internal departments, branch teams, and external partners
• General administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a similar position or in a commercial environment is essential
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
