Location Baar, Canton Zug

In this role ...

• you enjoy interacting with our employees and ensure the smooth running of financial and personnel processes
• you organise the application process, handle accident and sick leave notifications, and prepare work references and contracts
• you assist with payroll accounting and salary payments
• you are responsible for the invoicing process and accounts payable management
• you carry out administrative tasks in the areas of personnel and finance

Requirements:

You are an upbeat person who can independently manage the administrative tasks that arise. Ideally, you have completed commercial training and have professional experience in personnel and finance. A confident command of MS Office and an affinity for IT topics are necessary for this role. Thanks to your strong communication skills and team spirit, you are able to maintain an overview even in stressful situations and work reliably and efficiently under time pressure.
