As a sales assistant, you pursue the overarching goal of successfully supporting the sale of rail vehicles worldwide. We are looking for a committed and communicative personality who successfully prepares the offer documents together with our Sales and Bid Managers.

• Correspondence for Sales Manager and Head of Bid Management & Shared Services
• Support of Sales and Bid Managers in the offer process/project assistance in offer preparation and dispatch
• Preparation of pre-qualifications and support with offers
• Formatting of offer documents
• Obtaining and verifying official documents/certificates as well as customer reference documents
• Organization and execution of the physical creation (copying process) of the offers
• Support of the sales team in all organizational and administrative activities
• Maintenance of customer master data including courier shipments

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good German and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Independent, responsible and a team player
• High flexibility regarding availability, especially during the offer submission period

• Financial subsidies for ZVV or SBB subscription and fitness subscription
• Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options)
• Catering options in the Migros canteen
