For our client - a leading company among the Big8 in Switzerland - we are looking for a committed Head of Fiduciary Services (80-100%) who convinces with expertise and leadership strength.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of the fiduciary team
• Consulting and support of clients in all fiduciary matters (national and international)
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies and private individuals
• Monitoring and optimisation of accounting processes
• Conducting reviews of the team’s activities
• Further development of the service portfolio in the fiduciary area
• Management of an own client portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Mandate processing and market development
• Management of special projects

Your Profile

• Completed training in fiduciary services, finance or comparable field
• Further education as a fiduciary specialist with a federal diploma or expert in accounting and controlling is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, ideally in a leadership position (team leader or management)
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills would be an advantage
• You communicate confidently and competently at all business levels
