This position leads the banquet administration and is responsible for the professional organisation of the banquet and event business. The focus is on the administrative planning and coordination of events – from the initial enquiry to successful execution. Main tasks include personal customer consultation, preparation of offers, contracts, and event documents, as well as coordination of all administrative processes. In close collaboration with internal departments, it is ensured that events are planned efficiently and implemented professionally. The leader will continuously develop the banquet administration, optimise processes, and ensure smooth operations.

We are seeking an organised and service-oriented individual with a commercial education or a comparable qualification in hospitality or gastronomy. Administrative tasks are handled in a structured, efficient, and highly meticulous manner. Enjoyment of customer contact, sales discussions, and event organisation, as well as a good sense of timing, priorities, and smooth workflows, are important. Comfort with digital applications and reservation or event management systems is essential. Very good German and English skills, organisational talent, initiative, and a professional demeanour complete the profile.
