Agrisano, a service of the Swiss Farmers' Association, aims to provide ideal insurance coverage for agricultural businesses and the associated individuals.

For the management and further development of our properties, we are looking for a Head of Properties and Real Estate (100%) with communication skills and assertiveness.

Your tasks

Your new area of responsibility is a varied combination of project management, real estate management, and leadership. At the centre of this versatile role are our two office properties, which will be renovated, optimised, and newly occupied in the coming years. You are responsible for the technical and organisational development, leading and coordinating the upcoming renovation, refurbishment, and re-occupancy projects. Planning and implementing space, area, and occupancy concepts and coordinating planners, contractors, craftsmen, and other external partners is your daily routine. Optimising processes within property management and ensuring the ongoing technical operation, maintenance, and upkeep complete the profile.

You are a communicative and team-oriented person seeking a versatile key role with a high degree of creative freedom and will implement our already concrete renovation and development projects with great enthusiasm and a very structured approach. You are specifically looking for the opportunity to actively help build and further develop a small property management team. You are characterised by a hands-on mentality and enjoy leading a small team. Short decision-making paths and a lot of personal responsibility are a plus for you.

You offer us

• Technical, construction, or real estate-specific training or equivalent further education
• Experience in real estate, facility management, construction, or project environments
• Experience in organising renovation, refurbishment, or maintenance projects
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Good organisational skills and enjoyment in coordinating various stakeholders
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Proficient use of Excel
