your tasks

• Independent processing of quotations and customer orders
• Consultation and support of customers by telephone and e-mail
• Close cooperation and support of the field sales team
• Handling of customer returns and complaints
• Opening new customers as well as maintaining customer data in the ERP system

your skills

• Completed commercial basic training
• Very good German and Italian skills, spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Team player, resilient, structured and careful working style
