Production Manager (m/f/d)

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for daily production processes in the areas of Filling, Assembly and Compounding
• Leadership, coaching and development of a team of around 80–100 employees
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety and quality standards
• Development and implementation of annual goals, roadmaps and budgets in coordination with overarching corporate objectives
• Translating strategic goals into concrete measures and ensuring target achievement
• Continuous optimisation of production processes using Lean, TPM and Operational Excellence methods
• Close collaboration with internal interfaces such as Planning, Quality Assurance, HR, Finance and Logistics
• Building and promoting a performance-oriented corporate culture as well as employee development
• Responsibility for work instructions and SOPs together with the team, including regular updates and ensuring audit readiness
• Responsibility for the Operational Master Plan (OMP) in the Filling & Assembly area as well as ensuring transparency and implementation of defined performance targets
• Further development of preventive and autonomous maintenance within the teams
• Accompanying and managing change and transformation projects as an active leader and change agent
• Support with product launches and strategic site projects

Your profile

• Completed bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business administration or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a production environment, ideally in a GMP-regulated industry
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in budget management and strategic planning
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Experience with relevant production or industry software is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills as well as a structured and analytical working style
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and strong team orientation
