To support our HR team at our headquarters in Hochdorf, we are looking for a motivated individual as HR Assistant (50%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your contribution to success

As an HR Assistant, you will confidently and gladly navigate the entire HR life cycle, taking responsibility for all personnel administrative tasks. In our dynamic environment, you can fully utilise your versatility and organisational talent.

Your tasks will particularly include:

• Creating all documents of the HR life cycle
• Maintaining master data in our systems
• The role of practical trainer for the commercial apprentices in HR, in collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training
• Maintaining documents in the quality management system and on our intranet site
• Preparing evaluations
• Supporting internal communication
• Occasional participation in projects or events

Are you ready?

You are especially suited to this role if you bring the following:

• Experience as an HR Assistant or in a comparable HR function
• A commercial basic education with further training in HR
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Oral English and French skills
• A flair for digital IT systems
• Team spirit and humour
