In the team, you bring challenging customer projects to success! For this, you support our customers with methodical and professional know-how in creating comprehensive requirement specifications. You translate complex expectations into feasible implementation structures. With your analytical perspective and solution-oriented approach, you also convince your team of your abilities. Together, you skillfully bring demanding customer projects to the finish line. And from there to the next level.

Your tasks and projects

• Business analysis at the interface of business processes, organizational structures, architectural guidelines, and software solutions in innovative projects for our customers
• Developing holistic solution concepts and models in coordination with your team
• Gathering, developing, reviewing, and documenting customer requirements
• Translating customer requirements into user stories, supporting the Product Owner in managing and maintaining the backlog
• Accompanying individual, tailored software development in close alignment with customer interests

Your strengths

• Enjoy shaping the digitalization of organizations with the help of modern software solutions
• University of applied sciences degree BSc or MSc in (business) informatics, similar courses of study, or comparable training
• Practical professional experience in business analysis in software projects and the use of various methods and notations (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe, HERMES, BPMN, UML)
• Curiosity and creativity for alternative, innovative solutions
• Independent, quick comprehension, and analytical-conceptual skills
• Experience in the government sector is an advantage
• Very good German skills, English or French skills are an advantage
