They support professionals with practice-oriented courses, training, and instruction focusing on standards, safety, installation technology, and professional application. This position concerns the electrical installation sector. Due to the expansion of the offering, an additional role is created for a technically strong personality with a didactic interest. We are looking for someone who not only possesses expertise but also structures content clearly, explains it understandably, and professionally supports participants.

Your new role

• You plan and lead practice-oriented training in the field of electrical installation, from compact specialist courses to multi-day training sessions
• You translate standards, technology, and experience from professional practice into understandable learning sequences
• You prepare materials, exercises, and case studies so that participants can directly apply the benefits in practice
• You professionally support corporate clients and participants, clarify training needs, and tailor content to the target group
• You contribute to the further development of the course portfolio and bring in ideas

What distinguishes you

• Further education as a certified electrical installer, electrical project manager for installation and safety, HF technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in electrical installation, ideally with confident handling of standards, testing, and demanding issues
• Enjoyment in passing on expertise on an equal footing and engaging participants with clear language and practical examples
• Confident presence in front of groups, structured thinking, and the ability to calmly and understandably convey even complex content
• High self-organisation and willingness to occasionally attend courses or client appointments within Switzerland
