Facility Manager 100%

• Contact person and support for the technical staff at the locations in the area of technical, infrastructural and commercial building management
• Develop, support and train employees in the CAFM system (Campos) on site in the operations and remotelyConduct professional audits at our locations, document them and check the continuous improvement of processes
• Work in energy management/operational optimisations
• Support projects/investment measures for repairs and conversions
• Maintain documentation
• Collect and evaluate data in operations and locations
• Check maintenance contracts and offers
• Develop basics and concepts for the FM department
• Keep informed about legal changes affecting the FM area

• Completed basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) in the technical field
• Further training in facility management or similar is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Very good PC user skills (Office) as well as experience with computer-aided facility management tools (Campos)
• Flexibility, service orientation as well as high personal responsibility, self-confidence
• Knowledge in energy management, legal requirements, project processes
• Fluent German language skills
• Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
• You enjoy travelling and have a category B driving licence
