The children and adolescents with cognitive, multiple and psychological impairments as well as behavioral abnormalities are the focus of daily work in the children's residential groups at the St. Josef Foundation.

In the MONDSTEIN residential group, seven children and adolescents live who need a lot of attention, structure, and relationship. The young people challenge us with their history, their energy, and their expectations. This requires us to be present, patient, and able to show composure even in turbulent moments. We understand our pedagogical work as relationship building at eye level - with consistency, warmth, and a touch of creativity.

Our team works closely together and remains in dialogue even in intense moments. For this versatile task, we are looking for a committed professional who lives relationships and wants to shape new paths with us and the young people.

• You help shape the living and development environment of the children/adolescents
• You take on key worker duties and implement the coordination of the capability plans
• You work with internal and external specialists as well as family members and legal guardians
• You have experience working with children with cognitive impairments
• You have a social pedagogical education or equivalent professional training level (FaBe, social pedagogy, social work, childhood pedagogy)
• You are motivated, empathetic, patient, self-responsible, enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a team
• You bring willingness for irregular and split working hours as well as on-call duties at night and camp supervision
• You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and are eager to represent the needs of the children and adolescents
• Thorough onboarding
