About the job
Your responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the entire culinary production ensuring quality, consistency and adherence to standards
- Manage, support and develop a large team in a demanding environment
- Develop and optimise the culinary offer in collaboration with operational teams
- Oversee order management, costs, stock and contribute to meeting financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety (HACCP) and internal procedures
Your profile
- Diploma in hospitality-catering or equivalent recognised training in the culinary field.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume environment (collective catering, hospitality, events or premium catering)
- Strong skills in culinary administrative management: menu development, order planning, monitoring of material costs and cost prices.
- Assertive leadership with the ability to manage, train and grow teams across multiple sites.
- Excellent command of operational management: organisation, costs, quality and customer satisfaction
- Positive leadership, rigour, stress resistance and passion for the profession
