STPS Specialist

Mission

• Support, advise and challenge field teams in managing health and safety risks at work on the group’s construction sites and fixed installations
• Control and monitor health and safety aspects at work on the group’s construction sites and fixed installations, notably through internal audits
• Support site managers, foremen and team leaders in their prevention role
• Raise awareness and train employees on health and safety issues at work
• Analyse causes of accidents and propose preventive measures
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our health and safety concept, promote safety culture within the company
• Participate in the service’s activities related to the integrated management system

You

• Certified safety officer CFST, STPS specialist with federal diploma or equivalent training
• Technical training in the construction or industrial sector, with several years of experience on construction sites (CFC, site manager, technician, foreman)
• Experience in health and safety at work in the construction sector
• Additional training in building pollutants (asbestos, PCB, PAHs) or fire safety, an advantage
• Proficient with common IT tools, knowledge of other software is a plus
• Innovative ideas, enthusiastic, with good listening, adaptability and synthesis skills
• Team spirit while able to work independently on site

Work location: Le Lignon with regular travel to our Geneva construction sites
