Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Responsibility
Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of a team in garden and landscaping
- New construction and renovation of medium to large garden areas
- Reading, implementing and checking construction site plans
- Carrying out paving work, wall and privacy screen solutions
- Earthworks as well as operating excavators, wheel loaders and other construction machinery
- Ensuring quality, deadlines and clean execution
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ in garden and landscaping
- Experience as a foreman or in a comparable leadership role is an advantage
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driving licence category B including trailer
- Motivation for personal and professional development
