Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of consultation appointments and treatments for Centre 3 (Oncology, Immunology, SCT, Haematology).
- Planning of the day clinic in Centre 3 based on complex requirements and protocols (chemotherapies, infusion appointments, procedures including anaesthesia)
- Planning of the associated ward (administration of patient and case data, summons, clarifications)
- Ensuring optimal utilisation of all involved centre resources in close cooperation with the entire treatment team
- Appointment coordination with various specialist departments
- Daily communication with patients’ parents as well as internal and external bodies - sometimes also in English - is part of your role.
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a dispatcher in healthcare
- Highly organised, structured and service-oriented personality
- IT knowledge in the tools PEP, RAP and PHOENIX is an advantage
- Very good language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
- Creativity and perseverance are important components; even when it gets hectic, you keep a cool head and maintain an overview.
