Clerk Production and Planning (m/f/d)
Tasks- Ensuring material availability considering demand, procurement times, costs and strategic guidelines
- Operational procurement of components, commercial and consumable materials
- Planning and triggering internal and external production orders as well as coordinating production capacities
- Close cooperation with internal departments, suppliers and external partners
- Monitoring and optimisation of stock levels as well as initiating appropriate measures
- Disposition of new, revised and discontinued items including maintenance of disposition parameters as well as management of ramp-up and ramp-down
- Support of Product Management and Sales Management in demand planning, condition negotiations and cross-departmental projects
- Management and monitoring of supplier contracts including renewals
- Monitoring delivery dates as well as processing missing order confirmations and overdue deliveries
- Checking invoices and prices, payment approvals and posting in the system
- Maintenance of article and address master data
- Organisation and coordination of goods transports taking into account agreed conditions
- Processing returns, credit notes and complaints
- Leading the introduction of a new WSC in the national and international environment as well as managing the ramp-down of discontinued ranges
Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of experience in a comparable position is essential
- Ideally experience in logistics
- Knowledge of Opacc and SAP is an advantage
- Used to acting as an interface function
- Flawless German skills, any additional language is an advantage
