Deputy Head of Internal Sales – Internal Sales Employee (80-100%)

Your area of responsibility

After task-specific training, you will take responsibility for

• advising and supporting existing and new customers
• preparing quotations, calculating, planning and accompanying project orders
• structured and professional order processing for production
• coordinating schedules between sales, production and logistics
• flawless completion and invoicing of orders
• maintaining and managing the customer database in the ERP system Advanter
• acting as deputy for the Head of Internal Sales in professional and organisational matters
• participating in and leading internal projects as well as acting as Key User for Advanter
• contributing to the KI team and handling other cross-departmental topics

Your profile

After your basic training (e.g. as an advertising technology designer, polygrapher, media technologist in print media technology or similar), you have gained initial experience in a similar role. You enjoy working with people and communicating with your customers, suppliers and internal production colleagues. You bring industry experience and enjoy working independently. You like taking responsibility, working with concentration and focus, and love finding pragmatic and creative solutions to all problems. With your good organisational and improvisational skills as well as your friendly and open nature, you are perceived by your colleagues and customers as professional and cooperative. You love it when things are running smoothly and are not afraid to help out with cross-departmental tasks. Good MS Office skills and a strong product and industry affinity are prerequisites.
