Commercial Clerk 100 % (Age from 35 years)

Focus on Accounts Receivable / Assistance with Human Resources and Payroll

Your tasks

• Accounts receivable including incoming payments, posting and dunning with SORBA
• Support in the quotation and invoicing process
• Collaboration in human resources and payroll
• Handling insurance cases
• Support and guidance of future commercial apprentices
• General commercial and administrative tasks
• Supporting the team in varied daily business

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in accounts receivable is an advantage
• Further training or practical experience in human resources and payroll
• Completed trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SORBA and ABACUS is an advantage
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Friendly and communicative manner
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Team spirit, initiative and enjoyment in actively contributing
