Lucerne Festival is a leading international music organiser offering an annual summer festival, two short festivals in spring, and one in autumn. Lucerne Festival is distinguished by innovative programming, the presentation of world-renowned orchestras, conductors and soloists, the integration of contemporary music, and the promotion of young artists.

From 1 June 2026 or by arrangement, we wish to fill the following position with a flexible and resilient personality:

Social Media and Digital Communications Staff

Tasks

• Storytelling: multimedia, emotional and channel-specific
• Concept and implementation of audiovisual content
• Production of target group- and channel-specific content
• Strategic partnerships and cooperation in the digital sector (cooperation with partners, sponsors, media, artists/agencies)
• Clarification of copyright with agencies, labels and publishers
• Analysis and evaluation of implemented measures or campaigns including identification of optimisation potential

Profile

• Training in content production, multimedia production, journalism or communication with a focus on digital media or comparable education
• Profound user knowledge of common social media channels, ads, reporting tools
• Experience in producing videos and podcasts
• Great interest and curiosity about current digital trends
• Development of new formats and proficient use of AI
• High commitment and flexibility (seasonal fluctuations), team spirit and resilience
• Enthusiasm for classical and contemporary music as well as the festival scene
