IT Supporter

You are responsible for receiving, locating, as well as narrowing down and resolving inquiries and malfunctions in the IT area. At the same time, documenting processes and troubleshooting are part of your tasks, and you carry out installations and maintenance work on PC workstations. You also perform maintenance work on IT components according to the instructions of the specialists.

These tasks require completed IT training. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary, and experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11) is expected. Your advantage is knowledge in handling peripheral devices such as printers, 3D printers, and HID devices. For this position, teamwork and flexibility are indispensable, and an open and communicative personality rounds off your profile.
