- Operation of properties and implementation of customer orders
- Quotation, order and billing management
- Project management
- Support of the Facility Services Manager in administrative and operational processes
- Staff management (including deployment and holiday planning, time recording, reporting)
- Monitoring and control of quality assurance as well as optimisation of workflows
- Contact person for customers
- Operational management of various ISS services

- Technical basic training with further education in organisation or facility management
- Professional experience in facility management / property management as well as leadership experience in a comparable position
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and enjoyment in using specific internal tools
- Flexible, independent and structured way of working
