Organisational and Personnel Developer with a Focus on Change Management 50 - 60%Are you looking for a challenge in the field of politics and administration, with an employer whose topics are as diverse as life itself? Are you keen to help shape and continuously develop the organisational framework of the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs (JI)? Do you want to actively support change and create the conditions for a successful digital transformation?
The People & Culture team in the Human Resources department of the JI General Secretariat supports the Directorate, the General Secretariat, the directly supervised areas and their employees in all matters of organisational and personnel development, accompanying changes and shaping the collaboration culture.
For the vacant position as Organisational and Personnel Developer with a focus on Change, we are looking for you from August 2026 or by arrangement.
Your challenges
- You actively support clients in change within the framework of project implementations and organisational developments
- You develop strategies, concepts and tools for organisational development and advise clients on initiatives to further develop the collaboration culture
- Together with HR Business Partners and clients, you implement the developed tools and act as a facilitator in workshops and impulse events
- You lead HR projects in the JI and engage in cross-cantonal HR projects and committees. For example, you participate in the operational circle of cantonal Change Management.
Your profile
- After your studies, preferably with a degree in organisational psychology, you have gained several years of experience in a similar role within a complex organisation
- You bring excellent conceptual skills, project experience and a well-stocked toolbox for accompanying changes and shaping culture
- You possess excellent communication skills and the talent to convey content convincingly, understandably and attractively
- You are an energetic person who likes change, has a fine sense of the needs of the organisation and employees, and is a passionate team player.
