Senior SCCM / Intune Engineer (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Senior SCCM / Intune Engineer (m/f/d) responsible for managing, stabilising, and developing the Intune/SCCM scope within a demanding international environment, with a role as technical referent.
Your mission- Take charge of Microsoft Intune for an international fleet of several thousand workstations and act as the technical referent for the scope.
- Ensure reliable patching of workstations via Intune and internal servers via SCCM/MECM, including testing, deployments, failure analysis, and result monitoring.
- Develop Intune configurations, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and MAM policies, and automate recurring operations using PowerShell.
- Provide N3 support, analyse complex incidents, challenge existing technical choices, and propose concrete improvements.
- Manage technical topics end-to-end, structure the different stages, ensure their implementation until closure, document actions taken, and proactively communicate progress and any potential blockages.
Your profile
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune in a production environment, with the ability to become a technical referent and manage a scope independently.
- Strong command of SCCM/MECM, especially for server patching, as well as experience in deploying and managing updates on a significant Windows fleet.
- Good PowerShell skills to develop, adapt, and maintain automation, control, and diagnostic scripts.
- Solid operational knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, and MAM, complemented by VMware knowledge.
- Experience in handling N3 issues, with the ability to analyse an existing environment, challenge current solutions, and drive technical actions through to resolution.
- Autonomy, rigour, organisational skills, and proactive communication, with the ability to prioritise topics and provide visibility on their progress.
