About the job
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you manage end-to-end recruitment across Riga and Zürich. You actively approach specialist talent and build sustainable pipelines to support our hiring.
Beyond filling individual vacancies, you help strengthen how we recruit: expanding sourcing channels and specialist agency partnerships, and working closely with hiring managers and our HR teams in both locations.
What exactly you will do here:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across our locations in Latvia and Switzerland, from hiring-manager briefings and initial screening to candidate conversations, interview coordination and signed contracts.
- Actively source for specialist and business-critical roles based on evolving business needs.
- Work closely with the Zürich and Riga HR teams and hiring managers to align hiring priorities, clarify responsibilities and keep recruitment moving across both locations.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools and interview formats, using practical, AI-supported methods where they add value and ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Track hiring progress and pipeline health, using measures such as time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness and agency performance to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience and a solid understanding of technical roles to assess candidates’ relevant experience and motivation.
- Strong active-sourcing skills, including building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience recruiting in Latvia or the wider Baltic market with a strong understanding of recruitment trends and talent market dynamics.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across locations, and ensure clear prioritization and transparent communication.
- A hands-on mindset, strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and demonstrated success in implementing process improvements, combined with proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
