To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Process Technician Injection Moulding (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment
• Sampling of new and existing tools
• Close collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality assurance
• Optimising and monitoring production processes to ensure high product quality
• Analysing and resolving disruptions in the production process
• Supporting the introduction of new products and processes
• Training and supporting production staff

Your Profile

• Completed training as a plastics technologist
• Further training as a technician HF is an advantage
• Essential solid experience in sampling new and series tools
• Experience with Arburg and/or Haitian machines is an advantage
• Experience in injection moulding and process optimisation
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Teamwork skills and strong communication
• Strong hands-on mentality
