Specialist Advisor Urban Garden (m/f/d) 100%

• The focus of your daily work is the BAUHAUS customers, whom you convince from greeting to farewell with your friendly and expert advice.

• You manage your own area, for which you bear the ordering responsibility and ensure the availability of products as well as an appealing product presentation.

• With an eye for detail, you ensure order and cleanliness in your area of responsibility.

Your profile:

• You have acquired your expertise through completed training or several years of experience as a retail specialist (Garden/Polynatura), pot or cut flower gardener, gardener or in a tree nursery.

• Ideally, you have already gained initial sales experience and are accustomed to working during sales opening hours.

• You appreciate direct customer contact and friendliness is your top priority even during high customer frequency.

• You enjoy selling BAUHAUS products and are also an upbeat and service-oriented personality.
