For our team in Zurich, we are seeking a personality with drive, a sense of style, field sales experience, and a passion for customer care.

At ALFERANO, bespoke suits, shirts, knitwear, shoes, coats, and accessories are not simply selected but tailored to the individual. To their daily life, their attitude, their style.

This is exactly where you come in.

You are a consultant, listener, style translator, and host all at once. You guide customers through fabrics, cuts, fits, and possibilities – in the showroom or directly at the customer’s location. You ask the right questions, recognise needs, and turn ideas into concrete garments that work in everyday life.

You are a good fit for us if you …

• have experience in field sales and know how to actively build and maintain customer relationships
• love fashion, style, and high-quality products
• like people and not only build relationships but develop them long-term
• have a good eye for details, quality, and appearance
• ideally have experience in textiles, menswear, or with lifestyle/premium products
• work independently, disciplined, and with a high degree of personal responsibility
• are willing to perform, ambitious, and pursue goals consistently
• are eager to build and develop your own customer base long-term
• are flexible and understand that good advice doesn’t always happen between 9 am and 5 pm
• bring character, energy, and your own opinion on style

Experience with bespoke clothing is a plus. Even more important are personality, passion, sales strength, and the will to properly train yourself.
