Introduction

The political municipality of Flaach is looking for two motivated hourly-paid swimming pool attendants for the 2027 swimming season (at 50% and 20% respectively). Become part of our team and help provide our guests with a pleasant swimming experience!

Tasks

• Monitoring the swimming pool operations and ensuring the safety of the swimmers
• Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work in the pool area
• Friendly care and support of the swimmers
• Assisting with the organisation and execution of events
• Compliance with and enforcement of the pool regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in pool supervision or willingness to be trained in this area
• Valid Swiss swimming pool supervisor certificate (including BLS-AED certificate) or willingness to obtain it (costs will be covered if a commitment of at least two seasons is made)
• Swimming pool attendant course (BAKU) is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (including weekends and public holidays)
• Independent and reliable working style
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanour
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
