We are an established and successful family business and have been active in the packaging industry for 80 years. Films and paper are part of our daily business. We supply both large consumers as well as small and medium-sized production companies with high-quality solutions in the field of food packaging.

Quality and product safety form the foundation of our success. As a QM officer, you take on a central role in our company and ensure that our high quality and safety standards are maintained, further developed, and implemented.

Wide variety of tasks
- Responsibility for the GFSI standard FSSC 22000 as well as ensuring product safety according to legal requirements, FSSC 22000, and internal standards
- Member and leader of the HACCP team and ensuring hygiene requirements in the company
- Planning, coordination, and accompaniment of all audits (customers, authorities, certification bodies, etc.)
- Maintenance, further development, and optimisation of existing documentation, processes, and regulatory documents
- Planning and conducting training sessions, internal audits, and instructions within the company
- Taking on various administrative tasks related to the GFSI standard or regulatory matters
- Close cooperation with management, operations management, and department heads
What you bring with you
- Connected, logical, and practical way of thinking
- Solution-oriented working style and a pronounced quality awareness
- A higher education (university, university of applied sciences, or college) and knowledge of the flexible packaging industry are advantageous
- Previous professional experience in quality management or in a quality team is advantageous
- Knowledge of product safety and the associated legal requirements as well as knowledge of a GFSI standard such as FSSC 22000
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as proficient use of MS Office applications Word and Excel
