To strengthen our team in the Visual area, we are looking immediately at the Biel location for a motivated and committed Store Visual Merchandiser, 100%.

• You support the planning and coordination of visual concepts in the Non-Food and supermarket areas.
• You successfully implement visual merchandising on the sales floor and in the shop windows (including lighting).
• You independently carry out conversions, events and projects.
• You regularly conduct quality checks to ensure the implementation of visual merchandising (price labelling etc.).
• You are responsible for managing the ordering system for visual materials.
• You are responsible for the personnel management of the visual team.
• You supervise apprentices in their training to become 3D poly designers.

• Ideally, you have completed basic training as a decoration designer EFZ or as a 3D poly designer EFZ.
• You have successfully completed the trainer course.
• You have an affinity for fashion and know the latest trends.
• You have a very good spatial imagination.
• You possess good manual skills and have a hands-on mentality.
• You bring a good understanding of colours and shapes as well as their combinations.
• You have very good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and are familiar with all common Office applications.
• You have a quick grasp, especially in the digital environment.
• You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
