About the job
Thayngen is a community with a rural character. It was certified in 2017 with the UNICEF label "Child-Friendly Community." The managed school Thayngen is a progressive and lively school where integrative teaching takes place. At several locations, around 700 motivated children and adolescents learn together with highly committed and experienced teachers. The Thayngen school works according to the concept "Workplace School," which places a high value on promoting interdisciplinary skills. During the self-learning time integrated into the lessons, students have the opportunity to work on the learning content of various subjects according to their personal learning level or to improve their basic skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, and foreign languages.
For the new school year 2026/27, we are looking for a class teacher as maternity cover (with a prospect of permanent employment) for a 6th grade class at the Hammen school starting around September 21.
