For this, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys developing concepts, building structures, and pragmatically supporting implementation at the same time. Your tasks:

• Development and further advancement of our instruments and processes in personnel development
• Design and introduction of learning and development offerings for different target groups
• Support and further development of our learning platform easylearn
• Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of learning content and training materials
• Planning, organisation and execution of internal training sessions
• Support for managers and employees in matters of development and further training
• Ensuring and controlling of further training agreements
• Participation in HR projects and change processes

Your profile:

• Education or training in HR, personnel development or a comparable field
• Experience in personnel development, training or company-based further education is an advantage – younger talents with strong conceptual thinking skills are also warmly welcome.
• Enjoy building structures and driving topics forward independently
• Conceptual strength combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Interest in digital learning formats and modern learning platforms
• Independent and assertive personality
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to engage and inspire different stakeholder groups
• German at a very good level, French skills are an advantage
