Are you interested in technology, customer contact, and digitalization? Then you are exactly right with us!
- Installation, configuration, and support of the Abacus Business Software solution for customers
- Implementation and maintenance of user management within the Abacus environment
- Technical support for our customers on IT topics related to Abacus (firewall, reverse proxy, network, etc.)
- Introduction and support of digitalization projects with AbaScan Pro and DeepBox
- Technical support (1st, 2nd, and 3rd level)
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Completed training in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server, networks, or IT infrastructure
- First contact with Abacus ERP or interest in learning it
- Enjoyment of customer contact – you explain technical topics clearly and patiently
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a solution-oriented working style
- Confident communication in German
