Scope

Your contribution to success is made by taking on the following tasks:

• You take on planning and consulting services in all areas of construction-technical projects
• You cover the structural concerns in industrial and process engineering projects
• You are responsible for the structural interface and the integration of process engineering systems and building technology in the project
• Furthermore, you take on the management and supervision of planning in the various phases SIA 102 from design, realisation to completion and ensure that the construction aspects relevant for qualification (GMP rooms, HVAC, installations) are implemented
• In this position, you report directly to the site lead CSA

You bring the following with you:

• Architecture degree ETH / FH or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the fields of chemistry and pharmaceuticals, new laboratory buildings, storage and logistics as well as other industrial projects
• Familiar with all phases according to SIA 102, design, realisation to acceptance / commissioning
• Competent collaboration with authorities, specialist planners and contractors
• Experienced handling of common CAD and image processing programmes in 2D and 3D; Revit and/or BIM experience is an advantage
