Der Fokus dieser Position liegt auf der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen für Kunden im Bereich Defense & Security.

AUFGABEN

• Anwendungsspezifische Lösungsberatung: Beratung, Business Blueprint, Lösungsdesign, Aufbau und Tests, Schulung von Key Usern, Go-Live-Unterstützung, Support nach dem Go-Live, Durchführung von Konfigurationen, Erstellung von Entwicklungsspezifikationen

• Unterstützung bei eskalierten Projekten

• Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Lösungsreviews

• Unterstützung bei Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten sowie Präsentation von SAP-Funktionalitäten in spezifischen Kundenkontexten

• Unterstützung bei internen Aktivitäten: Erstellung vorkonfigurierter Services, Durchführung interner Schulungen / Webinare etc.

• Gelegentliche Übernahme der Verantwortung für einen Workstream bzw. einer Teamleiterrolle innerhalb eines Projekts

BERUFSERFAHRUNG, QUALIFIKATIONEN / FÄHIGKEITEN UND KOMPETENZEN

• Mehr als 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Process Consultant oder Solution Architect

• Gute Kenntnisse der SAP Defense & Security-Lösung. Alternativ Kenntnisse in SAP-Logistiklösungen (Supply Chain oder Asset Management) sowie Verständnis für Organisationsmanagement

• Verständnis der spezifischen Geschäftsprozesse einer Defense & Security-Organisation (Streitkräfte/Polizei, Verteidigungsministerium/-departement etc.) ist ein grosser Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

• Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

• Höchstes Mass an Flexibilität, Integrität und Vertraulichkeit

• Hohe Eigenmotivation, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, resultatorientiert mit Fokus auf Umsetzung und Ergebnisse

• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu bearbeiten und unter Zeitdruck sowie in komplexen Umfeldern Arbeit in höchster Qualität zu liefern

• Kenntnisse im Projekt- / Produktmanagement

• Ausgeprägter Teamplayer mit der Einstellung, in einem wirkungsvollen Team zu arbeiten

• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf allen Ebenen der Organisation sowie aus unterschiedlichen Teams, Standorten und Kulturen

• Agilität, Proaktivität sowie die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue Lösungen einzuarbeiten

• Bereitschaft, eine Sicherheitsüberprüfung zu absolvieren

• Grundkenntnisse in Programmierung sind von Vorteil
