Your Tasks
You will lead the citizen administration both professionally and personally, bear overall operational responsibility for the affairs, and advise authorities and the public. The secretariats of the citizens' assembly, the citizens' council, and other committees are also key areas of your work, as are financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial management. Furthermore, you will play a central role in managing the property portfolio and supporting projects. In a small team, you will make a significant contribution to customer-friendly, efficient, and compliant administration.
Your Profile
You have a commercial basic education and ideally bring administrative experience, a diploma as a financial administrator or municipal clerk, or an equivalent higher professional qualification. Your expertise, organisational talent, and social skills distinguish you, as do your eloquence in speech and writing, your independent and cooperative working style, your negotiation skills, and your flair for legal matters and business management contexts.
