For a temporary period, the Credit Risk Management Switzerland team requires the support of an experienced Mortgage Officer in processing and managing mortgage positions (new requests, reviewing existing transactions, extending maturities, etc.).

YOUR TASKS

Independent analysis and support of the Mortgage Officers in processing mortgage loan applications, credit decisions, creating credit formalities, ordering collateral and other additional securities, general correspondence
Independent preparation and handling of maturities and mortgage extensions
Daily contact with mortgage advisors, relationship managers, clients, authorities, and other financial institutions (in writing and by phone, primarily in German, but also occasionally in English, French, and Italian)
Support in projects and initiatives, e.g. data cleansing initiatives due to regulatory changes
Processing written and telephone inquiries from all over Switzerland

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business or completed commercial apprenticeship, with further training in mortgage business
At least 5 years of professional experience as well as theoretical and practical knowledge in mortgage business (mandatory)
Good MS Office skills
Communicative and engaging personality with high customer and service orientation
Quick comprehension and high independence, accurate and efficient working style, enjoyment of analytical and administrative tasks
Fluent German and English skills are necessary and French skills are a plus
