- Plan, organise and implement varied activation offers with plenty of room for your own ideas throughout the house
- Accompany people individually, taking into account their biography, interests and resources
- Build and maintain relationships - with time, attention and genuine interest
Be present and help shape cultural events, excursions and special moments - Develop activation projects, try out new things and advance the specialist area together
- Think along, help shape and support each other in the interdisciplinary team
What you bring with you
- Training as an Activation Specialist HF, LeA diploma or Activation Care Specialist (FAB)
- Experience in long-term care as well as in supporting people with dementia and people in palliative situations
- Enjoyment of activation projects and turning ideas into concrete offers
- Team spirit and willingness to persevere with longer-term projects
- A respectful and empathetic attitude towards our residents
- Creativity, initiative and openness to new approaches
