In this versatile position, you take responsibility for all personnel-related matters in your assigned areas and locations. You support managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle, actively contribute your HR expertise, and help shape the further development of modern HR processes.
Your tasks
- Consulting and support: You advise and support managers as well as employees on all personnel-related issues and are the contact person throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Area of responsibility: You take responsibility for the assigned locations and areas, lead the HR assistant both personally and professionally, and ensure professional and service-oriented HR processes
- Recruitment: You accompany recruitment processes from personnel planning to onboarding
- Labour law and compliance: You are well-versed in labour law issues and handle cases involving disputes
- Case management: You take responsibility for long-term absences and work closely with case management
- HR projects: You actively contribute to HR projects and cross-departmental working groups
Your profile
- Education: Successful HR specialist certificate or a completed degree (FH/HF) in work & organisational psychology, HR or business administration
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in healthcare or a comparable industry
- Knowledge: You bring sound knowledge of labour law and are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Personality: As a team player, you remain resilient and professional even in demanding situations
