Our customer consultants are the first point of contact for our insured clients: they know every detail of our innovative products, explain the benefits clearly, and find the best solution for every request. What we expect from you
- a basic education completed with initial work experience in the health insurance sector or in a contact centre
- interest in sales – ideally also experience in this field
- training as an AFA insurance intermediary or willingness to undertake it as soon as possible
- a strong customer and service orientation
- perfect written and spoken knowledge of Italian – any other language is a great advantage
