Head of Quality Management and Sustainability

• You are responsible for the further development and harmonisation of the integrated management system (IMS) across all organisational units.
• You coordinate and manage all activities in the areas of quality management and sustainability.
• You ensure compliance with and further development of the requirements according to ISO 9001 (quality) as well as the sustainability guidelines.
• Together with the specialist departments, you continuously develop, operate and optimise the IMS as well as the group-wide multisite structure.
• Planning, preparation, execution, support and documentation of internal and external audits are also part of your tasks.
• In addition, you prepare annual reports and audit reports including relevant data and contributions from the companies.
• You lead the quality and sustainability specialist group professionally and work closely with the representatives of the companies.
• You take on the training and raising awareness of employees and actively promote a quality- and sustainability-oriented corporate culture.
• You monitor relevant developments and trends in your field and initiate and manage corresponding projects and improvement measures.

• You have a technical or business education, for example in construction, engineering or business administration.
• You bring sound knowledge in quality management according to ISO 9001 as well as in the area of sustainability and ESG.
• Ideally, you have an auditor or lead auditor certification and have further trained in the field of sustainability.
• You have several years of experience in the construction, infrastructure or project-oriented environment.
• You have experience in auditing as well as in building, operating and further developing management systems.
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially, communicate appropriately for the target audience and convince with your structured and analytical way of working.
• You enjoy actively driving quality and sustainability topics forward and shaping change in a decentralised organisation together with various stakeholders.
• You have experience in lateral leadership and bring skills in project and process management.
• You communicate fluently in German and French. Ideally, you also have good knowledge of Italian.
