Head of Specialist Team Healthcare Provision

Financial planning, processing and controlling: You are responsible for the financial planning and controlling (including internal control system ICS) of all financial resources of the Healthcare Provision Division as well as the processing of financial processes (contribution payments). You operate between strategic issues and operational day-to-day business. With your financial experience, you ensure the legally compliant accounting of the division.

Health policy and health economic topics: You lead cross-divisional projects and take on cross-sectional tasks. Your area of responsibility includes, for example, digitalisation in healthcare and eHealth, uniform financing of outpatient and inpatient services, reporting on cost and premium development and cost containment measures, ensuring health policy statistical information, specialist projects in hospital care or long-term care, as well as projects on IT services and specialist applications of the division.

Political tasks and leadership support: In your area of responsibility, you finalise government business and parliamentary enquiries or federal statements, take on leadership or participate in cantonal, regional or national working groups, conduct strategic and operational negotiations or respond to media enquiries.

Personnel management: With a strong understanding of leadership, you are responsible for the professional, organisational and personnel management of the specialist team Health Economics with eight people. Your leadership responsibility is two-tiered. You are a member of the extended divisional management of the Healthcare Provision Division.

Experience: You are a committed, entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinker and act responsibly. You have many years of practical experience in the areas of responsibility of this cross-sectional position, especially in financial matters, health policy and health economic topics, and possess the necessary tools to fulfil the economic tasks. You bring several years of leadership experience as well as good knowledge and proven experience in project management.

Personality: With motivation and enthusiasm, you convince your fellow human beings. You communicate fluently, factually and appropriately with various interest groups. Your thinking and acting is process- and solution-oriented; you actively drive optimisations forward.

Education: A completed university degree (MA) in economics or a comparable education in political science or law with a focus on economics. Ideally, you have further training in controlling and are familiar with public administration accounting. You continuously develop your leadership skills.

Language: You have business fluent German skills and excellent written expression in German. Knowledge of the other national languages is desirable.
