Our client is a globally operating company specialising in the development and manufacture of state-of-the-art motion simulators for various industries. They are an SME that tackles the mechanical, electrical and information technology challenges of everyday development across disciplines. For their location in Zurich, we are looking for someone with a "hands-on mentality" who enjoys international customer visits.
Engineer for System Integration 100% (a)
Your tasks:
- Interdisciplinary commissioning and responsibility in the fields of electrical engineering, control engineering, mechanics and measurement technology
- Integration and commissioning of systems both in-house and at the customer
- Conducting customer training
- Implementation of modernisations (re-instrumentation)
- Creation of system documentation
- Supporting the team with complex service activities
Your profile:
- Completed studies (Bachelor, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering (with a focus on drive/system technology advantageous)
- Knowledge in control and drive technology
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Willingness to undertake worldwide assignments (approx. 50-60%) and a valid driving licence
- Very good German and English skills, French or other foreign languages advantageous
- Team player, strong communication skills and enjoyment of international exchange with customers
- Swiss or EU citizen
