The Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen (PKM), together with the Outpatient Adult Psychiatry (AEP), is responsible for the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care of the adult population in Thurgau. With over 280 beds and specialised services in the focus areas of psychotherapy, general and acute psychiatry, addiction disorders, old age psychiatry and forensics, we offer evidence-based and high-quality therapies for the entire spectrum of psychiatric illnesses. To work in the Münsterlingen Model: recovery-based, restriction-free and open-ended addiction work in an inpatient addiction therapy setting. We see ourselves as professional companions in this individual therapeutic recovery process of our patients.Further information can be found at the following link Alcohol Withdrawal & TherapyYou will take on
- Professional care of our patients as a key contact person in the care process from admission to discharge within a multiprofessional team
- Participation and leadership of nursing & psychotherapeutic group and individual sessions
- Planning and implementation of milieu therapeutic activities
- Coordination of processes/tasks with pre- and post-care institutions
- Integration into and professional support from a multiprofessional, dynamic and humorous team
- The opportunity to contribute to the ongoing process of conceptual and structural development of the ward
- For employees with part-time hours, there is the possibility of an additional, flexibly designed activity in the staff pool
You bring with you
- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH, preferably with a focus on psychiatry
- Open, person-centred, participative communication skills
- We value a patient-centred, non-judgemental and empathetic attitude
- Empathy and enjoyment in working with mentally ill people in the sense of recovery
- Flexibility, independence, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Contributing to a positive working atmosphere in an interprofessional team
