To work in the Münsterlingen Model: recovery-based, restriction-free and open-ended addiction work in an inpatient addiction therapy setting. You will take on

• Professional care of our patients as a key contact person in the care process from admission to discharge within a multiprofessional team
• Participation and leadership of nursing & psychotherapeutic group and individual sessions
• Planning and implementation of milieu therapeutic activities
• Coordination of processes/tasks with pre- and post-care institutions
• Integration into and professional support from a multiprofessional, dynamic and humorous team
• The opportunity to contribute to the ongoing process of conceptual and structural development of the ward
• For employees with part-time hours, there is the possibility of an additional, flexibly designed activity in the staff pool

You bring with you

• Completed training as a nurse HF/FH, preferably with a focus on psychiatry
• Open, person-centred, participative communication skills

• Empathy and enjoyment in working with mentally ill people in the sense of recovery
• Flexibility, independence, resilience and ability to work in a team
• Contributing to a positive working atmosphere in an interprofessional team
