ICT Infrastructure Engineer 80-100 % (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the maintenance, monitoring and modernisation of diverse customer environments in the field of cloud and IT infrastructure.
Support with complex technical challenges as well as close collaboration with internal IT specialists for sustainable fault resolution.
Conducting technical customer appointments on site and advising on suitable infrastructure and cloud solutions.
Planning and implementation of ICT projects including technical conception, implementation and subsequent handover to operations.
Creation of IT concepts and system documentation, optimisation of existing services as well as technical support in presales.
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent technical education with solid professional experience in the IT field.
Several years of experience in managing IT system landscapes as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
Solid expertise in network architectures, ICT infrastructure and IT security.
Experience in identifying technical customer needs and designing suitable IT services as well as good German and English skills.
Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking and personal responsibility as well as an initiative-taking, flexible and structured working style.
Workplace and residence: The position is not remote and requires assignments at the employer and on-site at customers. A residence in Switzerland, willingness to relocate to Switzerland or work as a cross-border commuter is required.
