Role:
To further expand the team, an additional position in international order and export processing is being created. You can expect a versatile role in which you independently manage customer orders and simultaneously coordinate international transports and the associated export processing. You will work closely with customers, freight forwarders, and various internal departments. Responsibilities:
You coordinate international transports by road, sea, and air, working closely with freight forwarders and internal departments
You independently process customer orders from order confirmation to invoicing
You prepare and procure the necessary export, customs, and shipping documents
You monitor ongoing orders and ensure compliance with agreed delivery dates
You are the central contact person for customers and freight forwarders regarding order and shipping-related queries
You support the back office in handling complaints and claims
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in export or foreign trade
Professional experience in international order, export, or shipping processing
Knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and international transport processes
Experience working with freight forwarders as well as with road, sea, or air freight shipments
Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
Independent and structured working style as well as strong organisational talent
